We’re looking for a passionate leader to join our dynamic Application Team and guide innovative projects within the green transition. At Banke ApS, we’re at the forefront of electrical mobility and looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has ambitious goals.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the Charge: You’ll take ownership of innovative green transition projects, driving them from initial concept to successful product delivery. Management will support you, but you’ll be the one at the helm.
  • Master of the Triple Constraint: Balancing cost, schedule, and quality is key. You’ll be the master of prioritization, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project goals.
  • Controlling the project: You will secure structure, traceability, and progress.
  • Customer Connection: Collaboration is key. You’ll actively participate in customer meetings, building strong relationships and meeting their needs. Occasional travel may be required.

You’re a perfect fit if you:

  • Proven Project Management: You have a solid track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Technical Expertise: An ideal candidate will have a technical background, preferably in electrical and/or software engineering. A natural curiosity for solving technical challenges is a plus.
  • Business Understanding: You understand the importance of the commercial side of things. Experience or a strong interest in commercial aspects is a valuable asset.
  • Involvement: You are able to get the team involved and to manage a high-performance team with different cultures.
  • Decision-Maker: You’re comfortable making sound decisions and readily assess project risks.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Ambition and a “get it done” mentality is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must. Experience working directly with customers is a plus.
