About the Role

As the Head of Development and Engineering, you will lead our talented Application Engineering team in Nordborg and collaborate closely with our engineering teams in Ukraine and Poland. You will be responsible for the entire project life cycle, from the initial planning and contract negotiation phase to project execution and follow-up. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
• Overseeing the development and execution of complex engineering projects
• Implementing and improving project management processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality management systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the company as a member of the management team

As a management team member, you’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with department heads in Commercial Affairs, Production & Supply Chain, and Finance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our company’s strategic direction and contribute to our continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronic preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role or as a seasoned project manager ready for increased responsibility
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in drafting customer agreements is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; Danish is a big plus.
