Banke ApS Appoints Mustapha el Hajj as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Drive Innovation and Growth
Banke ApS has appointed Mustapha El Hajj as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Mustapha will oversee production, supply chain management, logistics, service delivery, application development, and R&D. His leadership will ensure Banke has the operational strength to deliver on its ambitious growth journey.

Mustapha El Hajj brings over 18 years of experience in technology-driven industries, with the past 12 years dedicated to senior leadership roles spanning R&D, supply chain, product development, and executive management. His career has been defined by building and leading diverse teams, driving business growth, and transforming operations to achieve ambitious goals.
He combines a strong engineering background with an international business education and a hands-on approach to leadership. With a proven track record of guiding organizations through change and expansion, he is recognized for his ability to align people, technology, and strategy to deliver measurable results.
Across his career, Mustapha has led cross-cultural teams in Europe and Asia, scaled organizations, and created business opportunities through innovation and partnerships. His leadership is characterized by a focus on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and creating long-term value for both customers and stakeholders.
