5S Training for #BankeTeam

Recently, our production and logistic departments completed a two-day training course on 5S, a methodology for organizing and optimizing the workplace to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.

The course covered the following topics:

• Sort: Identify and remove unnecessary items from the workplace.
• Set in Order: Arrange essential items logically and efficiently.
• Shine: Clean and inspect the workplace regularly.
• Standardize: Develop and implement procedures for maintaining the workplace in a 5S state.
• Sustain: Make 5S a continuous improvement process.

During the course, our team participated in hands-on activities to learn how to apply the 5S principles to their workspaces. They also had the opportunity to share ideas and learn from each other’s experiences.

We are confident that the 5S training will help our production employees to:

• Reduce the risk of accidents and injuries
